Video turns grey.

The video, as it says in the title, turns grey or kinda gets this grey filter over it (Pictures below) I have tried toggle HDR on and off both on monitor and in the windows settings. This only seams to happen on my AOC monitor and not my main one. The AOC model is C27G2ZE/BK.
It kinda fixes it's self when going in and out of fullscreen but will still comback after a few seconds.
