Gaming monitor conundrum

SeanTG

Want to purchase a 32 inch gaming monitor in the £600 price bracket watch endless videos for days, totally bamboozled by half the analysis by people such as the very detailed hardware unboxed videos.

The two that I am leaning towards are either the

Gigabyte M32U

Samsung Odyssey G7

Is that a good shout or am I missing a better contender?

Would be grateful for anyone's opinion mainly play first person shooters.

Cheers Sean

I think they are both great choices for a 32 inch monitor.

I would choose which one of the two depending on what kind of shooters you play. If you are into single player games and eye candy then the 4k m32u will be the better choice.

If you are playing competitive shooters like csgo / valorant or R6s then the G7 with its qhd resolution and the higher refreshrate might be the better choice.

Might not be the best choice but I can say that I have seen 3 different 32" Odyssey G7's in person and it's really a great monitor, and the price has fallen a lot for that specific monitor.
