Seeking advice, not sure whether to upgrade my build

I used to be able to play genshin on one screen while watching YouTube videos and being on discord on the other but now I can't even play genshin and watch Youtube without the CPU reaching 100% utilization. Should I be upgrading anything and if so what should I upgrade to?

12400F + B660 should be a good upgrade, or if the 12400F is expensive a 12100F. Faster RAM would also make a big difference but you should upgrade the CPU/motherboard first.

Yeah thats cpu limits due to game requiring more power nowadays. Nothing abnormal an upgrade to a modern platform like @Pixelfiesuggested is what you want
