I would recommend a 3060ti since it's a lot more bang for the buck than the 3060. Also basically the same price compared to what you found on part picker:

5600 isn't much slower than a 5600X, really not worth the price difference. Also why not just get a nice motherboard with wifi built in? This RAM is cheaper and just as fast. SSD is also much cheaper, and while a little bit slower, you're not going to notice a difference. The RX 6600 XT is better in everything except for ray tracing and rendering while being cheaper, so I'd easily recommend it over a 3060. MSI A650GF is better and cheaper. If you want you could upgrade the GPU to a 6700 XT or 3060 Ti. 6700 XT is slightly faster and has more VRAM but 3060 Ti has better RT and supports DLSS (tbf FSR 2.0 looks pretty much the same and I don't know how much games will be DLSS exclusive in the future)

That case comes with 0 fans (at least the one that you can actually buy), and I would recommend a motherboard with integrated wifi and bluetooth.

Your build will be ugly, even with an ATX motherboard. The case is huge.

This will be a far more compact and pretty system. Stock cooler will be enough. Just make sure case has fans included, not sure from pictures:
