Hey guys, i got bf4 on the origin sale and am trying to get a fps counter working. i have tried fraps and it is not working, any suggestions are appreciated.

also i cant  launch in to multiplayer games, i dont have any dlcs but i have tried connecting to servers that dont and it wont work it tells me there is an error

Did you turn off the overlay, try pressing f12 several times see if it works, I accidentally turn off the overlay several times and though the fraps has stopped working.

 

Edit: Bandicam is another fps counter I used.

press ` ingame and type PerfOverlay.Drawfps 1

you can also set it so it does it every time you open it by creating a text file that runs the command on start every time.

Better put user.cfg file inside Origin Games/Battlefield 4 folder and have the line perfoverlay.drawfps 1 in it. Otherwise you'll have to type it every game launch.
