PC graphics issues, black screen flickering

Hello everyone, a friend has some PC problems from a while and wanted to contact here for some advises, he upgraded CPU before 2 days also added an M.2 SSD on it before 2 days aswell, but he have some problems like his screen is black flickering like fast black screen flashes for atleast 5 minutes everytime he opens something or even during windows startup, this was happening even before upgrade the CPU and add the SSD so i dont think its from them, sometimes his audio doesnt work on some apps, example his discord and few apps can work fine, some games doesnt provide audio same as spotify, spotify doesnt provide audio aswell, we did sfc /scannow with cmd as administrator and chkdsk C: /r to scan his system disk and doesnt found any problems, he tryed changeing GPU drivers with deleting them with DDU, after that the default drivers that comes with the windows for the GPU was doing the same on the screen, installing new drivers after that was same, so any sort of drivers version do this problem, also he told me in his game Resident Evil 2 when he openned to play there is graphical glitches on the door that doesnt was like this before, the pixelated boxes appears even on other things also the hair of the character sometimes when he moves, his desktop wallpaper goes black everytime automatically. All pictures that can be needed also for the game glitch are attached.

 

PC Specs

CPU - Ryzen 3 3200G before, Ryzen 7 5800X now

GPU - XFX RS RX 570 Black Edition 8 GB soon gonna be upgraded with 6800 XT 

Motherboard - Asus Prime B450 M-A

SSD with the windows inside Samsung 860 Evo 200 GB

M.2 added before 2 days - Samsung 980 1 TB

HDD - Seagate BarraCuda 3.5 1 TB 7200 rpm used only for datas like pictures etc
