How old is this laptop? If still under warranty from the manufacturer, I'd be contacting them to have it looked at and/or replaced under warranty.

 

That said, where is the laptop physically located when it overheats in Performance mode? Hopefully it's placed on a flat surface with plenty of ventilation.

1.5 years no warranty left 

11900k i9 processor 

128gb ram 

does this on any surface lol but seems to be more treacherous on flat surface oddly on my lap it sits 2c cooler but still in 90c 

it cuts out on flat surface i always have a laptop cooler pad underneith to increase flow no matter what surface 

power save  mode core vid stays in 0,700  quiet mode goes up to a maximum of 1.4 in vid 

performance 1.499 in vid cpu 92-81c   gpu 42c entertainment 1.428vid max  temp 97 - 88 c cpu 45 gpu

straingly these temps are still jumping all around on cpu side

this is so confusing im good with tech
