no brown switches in my country :(

so for a while now i want to buy a mechanical keyboard,

and after allot of thoght i found what i wanted.

 

the cm storm quickfire rapid with brown switches.

but wait..... there is a problem.

 

they dont sell it in my country  :angry:

also there are no other mechanical keyboards in the country with cherry mx browns :angry:  :angry:  :angry:

for some resone they dont seem to bother with it

i looked into buying it from amazon or ncix and ship it to here but the shiping cost will be like 50$~100$

 

so here is what i want to do:

there are good mechanical keyboard that i can get in here with blue, red or black

and i dont want red nor black(just dont like it)

 

so i thought about going with the blues

 

and i have a couple questions 1)do they feel the same as the browns?

                                                2)are they good for gaming,or is it not recommend

Well they're louder and a bit more tactile. You can definitely game wit them and a lot of people do, I find them annoying to use personally but that goes for browns in game too.

id say get greens, but i know im weird for liking high act. force... so ill just say that blues are nice

Reds, Browns and Blues,   are like the "base" mechanical switches

reds are linear, browns have a bump, and blues have a click. 

Then you have blacks, clears and greens which are the heavy versions of those three.

I've had one for over a month now and I use it at work and home. At work, some people using cherry mx browns are actually louder than me because they bottom out. If you're light when pressing the switches the blues won't be much louder than a loud user of other switches. At home, no one can hear me if I close the door.
