First Time Builder!!! Setting Up Drive!

Oh shoot! Yeah it's incorrect in the part list because they didn't display my SSD cause it's fairly new-ish.  It's this one! Amazon.com: Western Digital 1TB WD Green SN350 NVMe Internal SSD Solid State Drive - Gen3 PCIe, QLC, M.2 2280, Up to 3,200 MB/s - WDS100T3G0C : Electronics

If you've installed Windows on that drive, it's the middle partition. The one with "NTFS" in the name. When you installed Windows on the Sn350 the whole drive minus boot and recovery partitions became your C drive. The C drive, and disk 0 partitions 1 and 4 are the full SN350 unless there's something I'm not seeing here.

Hi everyone!! I just booted up my PC, and I'm following this guide (Guide: What to do AFTER building your computer... - YouTube) to setup my PC for the first time. I'm at the Windows Setup part, and I can't seem to find my drive (SSD) when I type in Disk Management ;-; It won't show up, so I'm not really sure what to do! Is there supposed to only be a C: drive showing up because I only have the SSD, or should there also be a D: drive showing up as well in my "This PC" in Files? I would love some help, thank you!!!

It was the slot that had the heat shield on top of it! My motherboard had two slots, but one of the slots didn't have the shield on top. Oh! And I accidentally selected the wrong drive on the PC partpicker because they didn't have my SSD listed. Did you put the wrong parts on your parts list? I see no SSD. Only a 3.5" 1tb WD green that seems to be in disk management for you.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

Oh okay! Does that mean I'm good and nothing's wrong?

What were you expecting to see? Maybe we can explain why you're not seeing it.

Jay had 2 drives in his machine. When he installed Windows, it only went on 1 drive. He didn't set up the other drive using the Windows installer tool. That's why he has a second drive with the black bar that says the drive hasn't been initialized. If you had a second drive in the machine, we'd expect for you to see the same.
