Windows 7 Help!

Hi, My friends computer randomly started posting "The user profile service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded" any time she tries to log on. Im not too sure of the spec of the laptop but i dont know it is windows 7 home premium and that the computer is only used for very basic internet browsing and maybe some work if at all. 

 

I will try and get a spec list and any programs that may have been recently installed.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I believe that another member on here had a similar problem and it was resolved, however I can't remember where the post is sorry. You may have to search the forums or maybe someone here will find it and post the link to the thread for you. Sorry that I can't be of any more help.
