Black screen with GPU fans at max

Basically ill it started yesterday, i was playing some ROBLOX (i know cringe) trying to mind my own business and then out of no where my pc crashed and the GPU fans went to max. I thought that it would be bad so i turned my pc off then on again, i had to hold down the power button. I've tried everything to fix this issue, clean pc, reinstall drivers, update windows, rebuild pc, reinstall Roblox. The odd part is that this only happens on Roblox. Rust at nearly max settings runs fine and other games. I just cant figure out why it does this.

Before reinstalling GPU drivers you should always perform DDU. IF you haven't done it, try it and then install the newest drivers.
