Screw stuck

The screw on the side where i open my sidepanel is stuck its rotating but it wont come out. I have a NZXT H510 Flow case and it is brand new

But the sidepanel is stuck to, i opened it earlier today and i built my pc but now i cant take it off

How much force do you apply? On the H510 the sidepannel is hold with two studs/"push fittings". The screw is just there to prevent it from falling of during transport or when you move it around.

I can pop it outnon one side bit the side the screw is its stuck i put quite a bit of force to try get it of but i dont want to make it pop of and break

so the screw is turning and not coming out? sounds like it is stripped(same thing happened on my 510i after a few removal/installs). you can try turning it with pliers/vice grips, while also pulling it out at the same time, this should help to get it out.

Jam a butterknife in there and start turning with the driver while applying upwards pressure.
