Removed a friends gpu, plugged it back in the next day and now his pc won’t turn on at all…

So I turned everything off including the power switch and removed the gpu smoothly, tried it in my pc and the next day I plugged it back in and turned the switch, well it doesn’t turn on, only the white light at the gpus connector. I’ve tried to see if any cables are unplugged and they aren’t, I haven’t touched anything sooooo why doesn’t it turn on.
 

Both my pc and my friends worked fine beforehand.
