keyboard K550 Yama Software Issue's. NEED HELP

So I bought a Redragon K550 Yama. I downloaded the software and It was working for awhile till one day it just stopped, the issue is that it wont open. I have tried every solution I could find on the internet. It seems no one else has my issue. I have uninstalled/re-installed the drivers, Tried updating it, completely deleting the software and re-installed it, running it in compatibility mode in win7 and win8. Even tried a sometype of console thing. If anybody knows something I can try I would appreciate it, I cant use any of my F keys because I wasnt finished setting the macros the software stopped working.

I faced the same issue as yours dude , I manage to fix it by pressing on  Fn button + Esc button for a while , your keyboard is getting restored to default , then your app will be running once again normally .
