Super light MMO mouse?

I bought a Logitech superlight a while ago, it's honestly changed the way I game! it's been the best purchase I've ever made on a mouse.

The problem I have is that now my Razer Naga trinity feels like a brick when I play wow... and it sucks.

 

I've looked at every mouse out there from cheap knockoffs to the SteelSeries aerox 9 (which is huge and makes my small hands feel like im a ken doll) and I cant find the perfect superlight mouse with at least 12 side buttons.

 

My question to the community is this:

1. Is there a superlight mouse with 7 - 12 side buttons? (around 60 to 80 grams)?
2. Has anyone ever found a weight reduction guide for the razer naga trinity? and is it worth the time & effort to do?
3. Is there any solutions to add buttons to a mouse? with all the Bluetooth solutions, could I add small wireless buttons to a mouse? is that a thing? 

My goal is to have a Logitech superlight with 7 buttons in Hex formation... that would be honestly the best mouse ever!

Help me OB-LTT-WAN! you're my only hope.

I think that is a somewhat niche market. Either very light mice with couple thumb keys or beefy "MMO Mice" with many keys.

Hey @Tan3l6, I took a look at all of these mice, they'll do the job but they hover around 120 - 140 g, looking for half of that ideally.
