Need help migrating OS and drives

So I have the paid versions of aomei BackupPC and partition assistant. I have a new pc build with 2 1tb m.2 drives. A brand new 4tb Seagate HD and the old 2tb drive from my old computer windows 10. 

I did a clean install on the Seagate of windows 11 drivers etc etc everything went great. Cloned over the old pc drive and couldn't figure out how to find all my files etc and make the existing programs usable. 

 

To I wiped all the drive except the old pc drive so I could start fresh. I put windows 11 on one of the m.2 drives but I can't for the life of me figure out how to make the old bc drive not bootable but still have all the programs work with all my saved data designs etc etc. Also when I try to install all the hardware drivers asus stuff etc to the old pc drive thing fail downloads  or don't work. 

 

As long as I boot windows 11 from the old pc drive everything application wise works and has all the data intact but it's slow as dog .
