Is my PSU dead?

Today it turned off while I was playing GTA V.but I turned my pc on right after.After like 15-20 minutes it turned off again.Then i checked my PSU cable and saw that it was burnt and i think my PSU is dead too.Here is the pic!I need a new PSU right?

I only have one thing to say. Clean your PC. Yes it might be dead. GPU or motherboard might be dead too.

FS in Denmark/EU:

Asus Dual GTX 1060 3GB. Used maximum 4 months total. Looks like new. Card never opened. Give me a price.

Yes cleaned that already.I hope it is only my PSU.
