Need advice on building a new system for my vfx course.

Budget (including currency): $2400

Country: Singapore 

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: learning to do vfx and 3d rendering

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): only need system have keyboard and mouse and 4k monitor. 

 

Please advice I have an old lianli o11 mini Air for a case ( donated by my older cousin.)

See if you can get a cheaper PSU, this is the only one I found on PCPP
