I ordered a TV from amazon, and UPS marked it delivered yesterday, but I never got it so i requested a refund. And just now UPS came to me with it. Should I contact them again to tell them I got it? Or will they know on their own.

I dunno, Amazon sent me a FX6100 and then it took too long so they sent another.  The original came 2 weeks after the second one they sent.  They didn't contact me and I got 2 processors for the price of one.

That's not very honest. Lol.

Meh, Amazon has the money to spare.  In my opinion, if they don't take the time to make sure people aren't getting extra products they shouldn't be selling them.

You mean you didn't contact them... -_-

How are they supposed to know that the first one arrived without you being honest and explicitly telling them about it. Unless you expect them to be bugging you every day saying 'ya got the other one yet?  'ya got the other one yet?  'ya got the other one yet? I don't imagine any customer would be too amused if that was common practice with amazon.

Read above, if they sent the second one without telling you that they sent a second you should still have been honest about it and let them know that you got two.

I called them and said the first never arrived, because it didn't(6 weeks went by).  They sent me another one and the original came about two weeks later.  They knew their product was out there and they could have asked if I had it.

In fairness you had to wait 6 weeks, as wrong as it is, in that situation I probably would have done the same.

Yeah.  I'm not saying I feel good about it, but they never even called me back asking for it.

I don't think that was breaking any laws either, in fact I remember someone on here had something similar happen to them but they got in contact and Amazon just told them to hold on to it.

The OP is slightly different though as it was UPS' mistake.
