looking for the best wired, closed back, over the ear, with mic headphones...any ideas?

When it comes to closed-back headphones, don't spend more than $100 on them. Not worth it in this day and age. Honestly, even $100 is riding the edge of viability considering the existence of the HiFiMan HE400SE's at $109.

 

Shure SRH440A's plus an Antlion ModMic would be as far as I'd go. You can decide whether you'd prefer the wired/wireless version of the mic.

 

Otherwise, go open-back if possible.

AKG K371s are pretty nice as far as closed-back headphones go, but some people find them uncomfortable. They're pretty sensitive too.
