New Build Sanity Check

Budget (including currency):  ~1500 USD (I can be flexible upward, but I'm pretty much at my spending pain point with this build)

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Multipurpose station, but gaming should be the only really performance testing thing I do with it.  I've mostly been looking at benchmarks from MS Flight Sim and Hitman 3 when reading reviews

Other details: I'm building my first tower to upgrade from my aging gaming laptop. It's my first build so I'd be grateful for tweaks and suggestions.  I currently have 1 144Hz 1080P monitor, and will be looking to upgrade to a dual or triple monitor set up in the nearer future after the computer is running.  I'll be buying most of the components from my local MicroCenter.

Main thing I'd change is the cooler. The Hyper 212 isn't really enough for a 12600K, it's a fairly hot chip, plus $55 for a Hyper 212 is pretty terrible. You can get a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 for $41 on Amazon that will be much better. Everything else is pretty good.

Great build, but I would change the cooler and add a bit more storage down the line, but other than that, your good.

This will lower the price a bit, and I recommended a better cpu cooler.
