Phanteks universal conroller remote not working

Hello. so i have my fans connected to a fan hub. but a few minutes ago it just suddenly changed to max speed and the remote that comes with it doesnt work at all

and everything ive done so far works. ive tried to restart. doesnt work. tried to shut pc down and then reboot. didnt work. tried to check if armoruy crate had updates. no. checked if windows had any updates. nope!

so what do i do?

My Components are Asus B-550 and be quiet Silent wing 3's

 

help would be appreciated

You check the batteries in the remote?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Nevermind... Found the issue.. one of the wires broke😐

Heh. That’ll do it.  If the thing is still under warranty you could send it in.  If you’ve never done microsoldering before it can take a while to fix.  Good skill to learn though.

Normally there’s a little door somewhere.

i already ordered a new one. they are pretty cheap. 22 euros

That’s likely less than the tools would be to fix it even if you went with really lowball tools.
