please recommend reliable nvme 2tb

Hi,

 

i want to install centos with software raid1 and the server only support pcie 3.

 

with testing,when sync,samsung 970 evo plus and 980 pro,

the speed can reach 1600-1800mb/s.

 

but i test crucial p5 or sn750,

the speed are at 1000-1100mb/s.

 

i want to ask if any good nvme to recommend ?

becasue i want to host site on it,

i hope there are stable.
