Defective Steam Deck

I got my Steam Deck delivered today, and I've decided to resist the temptation to flip it... for now. And perhaps that was a good idea as it looks like I have a defective unit.

My left shoulder button seems to be very intermittent, taking a few clicks for it to get it to recognise the input unless I click a very specific point, the right shoulder button works 100% of the time from anywhere on the button.

 

Does anyone else have this issue with their unit?

I've already sent a ticket into Steam, I was just wondering if anyone else on here has had the issue. I've seen a couple on Reddit mention they've had issues with the shoulder buttons

From 10k units, there are always couple that pass factory tests but fail or arrival. Its normal with electronics, and even analog stuff.
