LTT new income stream for LINUS!

When Linus has all his Tech, furniture and family moved in to his new home, he should announce home tours of his house. People can enter, and a lucky winner can pay $1,500 for a guided tour by Linus of his home, say howdy to wife and children and a 60-minute VR game. Then back to the UBER. Maybe $1,500 is too low, perhaps $3K per winner.

Think about it. You monetize everything else, so why not this?🙂

I'm sure Linus makes enough more to not have to give up his address and privacy for $1,500.

Even I, who could certainly use the money, would not want to be forced to have strangers in my home for a few hours.

Think about it. He's done everything he can to not be doxxed. Including blurring out the names on his childrens' door plates. Why would he do this after going through all that effort?

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

As others have said, it's a bad idea and not one that would be done. The closest thing that I could ever see happening would be some sort of tour of some part of the LMG Office space, as they did do that previously and have made the address of the buildings somewhat publicly available. At the same time it probably wouldn't be done as there's an opportunity cost of when doing a tour in addition to the people who would need to be doing the tour there's also the fact that writers and editors would need to be working on stuff where there's no risk of non-public information of interest getting leaked.

I think at the size and type of business LTT and LMG have, I'm pretty sure that tours of anything would be solely done because someone wants to do them basically for fun/is another content creator.

Guys, I was joking, and I thought it would have been obvious to all. Thanks for your replies though and happy computing to all.😇
