Ram clock is not what is supposed to be

Solved by RONOTHAN##,
The JEDEC speed on the memory kit is 2133MHz. Most RAM kits I've seen usually default to 2133MHz, including some high end kits.
Also that board and CPU support memory overclocking, so you should be able to enable the XMP profile and just have it run at 3600MHz.
