which Laptop should i buy? any recommendations or advice?

BACKGROUND:

i have a gaming PC on which i do most of my gaming and work when im at home. currently i work in a job where i study and game during my shifts and my current laptop is 5 years old already, with problematic keyboard, no battery, and the performance has dropped significantly (to the point that even LoL stutters if other applications are open, can't even run AC:origins on 800x600) even though i cleaned it and reapplied thermal paste (obviously after it started to chug).

NEEDS:

mostly work (so numpad) and games (preferably something that can run modern games on medium settings for at least a year or 2, to continue saves from PC).

i currently have a 4k display on my laptop and its garbage so i think i prefer 1080p but won't complain if 1440p.

i don't really care about rgb or looks, only that i have backlit keyboard for low light if needed.

Must haves: headphone+mic, ethernet, 16gb ram minimum.

Nice to haves(not a must): tb ssd, webcam, bluetooth, medium-long battery life (when not gaming) and wifi 6.

CONCERNS:

idk if 3060 is a too high of a bar since according to HardwareUnboxed video it can run modern games on high settings at +50fps , or should i go for 3050 or 3050 ti.

i barely saw a difference between the 11800H and the 5800H. any advice?

i saw a laptop with 144hz, 250 nits, NTSC 45%, SRBG 62.5%, adobe 47.34%. is it as bad i i think it is or is it irrelevant/minor?

should i just wait for the chip shortage to subside more?

here are 3 laptops i that looked nice (basic info, there are links for more details):

I bought a Legion 5 Pro very similar to yours, only a 1TB SSD. It's a great laptop for every task. Screen is VERY bright compared to other laptops (that I tested) and there are 3 power modes for the 3060. Cooling is good and keyboard feels nice. I really prefer the Legion 5 pro frame over those thin/cheap feeling plastic frames.

For gaming, check the TGP of the graphics card. A 90W 3060 will be slower than a 130W 3060. I prefer my laptop in silent mode, I think the TGP is limited to 70W(?) and in normal it's 95W-ish.
