Lighting issue in keyboard.

I recently brought a new keyboard - Redgear Shadow Blade. 

The keys itself works fine. I haven't had any issues with it. But there is a media control knob and for some reason it doesn't work. The LED itself is fine as when I plug it in it does a somewhat showcase where the media control knob lights up. But when it loads in the preset lighting the LED in the media control knob does goes off. The preset doesn't seem to be the issue as the same preset used to work before. And I cycled through all the preset from their own software and it does not work.
