Question

Why is my FPS lower in LEAGUE OF FUCKING LEGENDS than it is in GTA V, even when I run league at low, still same FPS drops and stuff, but GTA V is always fine. 

AMD FX 6300 overclocked to 4.0 GHz
AMD R7 260x 1GB

8GB HyperX Fury DDR3 1866MHz

120GB SSD(system reserved) 500 GB HDD

A few things to check:

1. What resolution both games are running at, yes this includes render resolution and not just display resolution.
2. If you are running the current/best driver for your GPU
3. V-SYNC being on can limit FPS
4. If you are using a 75Hz Monitor, LoL might be capping your FPS based on that.

EDIT: I meant 75 Hz monitor, but you have a 60Hz so neverminded.

What software are you using to track/log those numbers? Are they same you observe during normal gameplay?

AMD Radeon Software my GPU provides it

I'm gonna say that you aren't seeing full truth then. You are probably getting menu fps numbers mixed in with gameplay numbers since it looks to be counting total times vs fps.

i dont think so, Because I have "Show FPS" enabled in league and it shows in fights around the 70s

I asked that and since you didn't answer, I assumed you didn't look at those numbers. Resolution and settings will have effect. Also, LoL is under active development and might have added details to be calculated after its initial release in 2009. World of Warcraft is very similar in sense that latest version is more demanding than what it was during initial release.

so you're telling me league has better graphics then gta V does?

More stuff to render =/= better graphics. Just means there is more things happening on screen. Graphically They are pretty equal from what I remember.
