docks Recommendation about Thunderbolt 3/4 Dock

Hi, as the title says I need a recommendation for a Thunderbolt dock.

I'm currently using a M1 Pro Macbook and I would really like to have something more "plug&play" to use my workstation at home.

 

I didn't really find something that fits all my needs at once, that's why I'm asking here

 

Needed things:

- 1x 10G RJ45 / SFP+ Port

- 1x Thunderbolt 3/4 port with Power delivery (to connect the macbook)

- 2x USB Type C ports (usable for external monitors)

- 1x USB Type A port

 

Nice to have things:

- 1x HDMI Port

- 1x DisplayPort Port 

- Another USB Type A port

- Another USB Type C port

- Decent design

- "Airplane departure" mode not included (I would like to have something silent, you know)

 

Currently the best candidate is the "OWC Thunderbolt 3 Pro Dock", also if I don't like it too much, is the only one I've seen that has the 10G networking port, but seems to currently be out of stock (Europe).

Have you looked at the offerings from Anker and CalDigit?

Thanks, the TS4 seems to be a really good dock, I'll surely consider that (currently not in stock, but should be in May 22, if their website is right). I hate the 2.5G port, but surely better than 1G.

 

About Anker, which model were you thinking of? I've seen the 777 but doesn't seems to meet the requirements.

Owc has a good amount of dock options, so Id look at their other models too.

Yeah, as said in my post I've considered their Thunderbolt 3 Pro Dock, but I don't like too much the design of it.

Also, it doesn't have the front usb-c, that would be a really nice thing to have.
