Hello

I've recently upgraded my pc to a 5800x3d, x570 viii crosshair hero (wifi) and 32gb dominator platinum 3200mhz cl16. From a i5 9600k, z390-f gaming and 32gb 2400mhz cl16 tridentz. Before upgrading everything was working perfectly, however right after installing all the new parts and trying to boot up the pc I get the error code 0d and no display output and only the A6 code right before. I've looked around a bit to see if there's any fix, but everything that I find doesn't work. I've tried updating bios with asus flashback 10+ times but it does not want to update . It just blinks about three times and then becomes a solid color (which means that the update failed). I've tried reseating my ram and trying my old ram and trying other slots, I've tried loosening my aio as well as seeing if there are any bent pins on the cpu (which there aren't). I've tried turning on the pc without the cooler. But nothing seems to work.

Pls help me

Too late to return? FWIW the x570 viii crosshair hero is a terrible board for the money. I would get the MSI B550 Unify-X or the Dark Hero version of the board you have

Not everything is about price/performance. Back when I dipped my toes into Ryzen I had the Crosshair VII Hero WiFi because I wanted the best board on the market.

Regardless, not terribly relevant to the OP's current issue.

The How-to video is correct.

Where people usually screw up on:

  1. USB stick MIUST be formatted to FAT32
  2. The BIOS file NEEDS to be renamed
  3. The USB stick MUST contain JUST the BIOS file, AND it cannot be inside a folder
