Is this monitor good?

I found this Acer monitor on b&h and the specs seem to be promising, however, I didn't find any review of it. The only thing I found is the product website and the listing.

If you have other monitors suggestions please let me know. I am looking for a 1440p 144hz monitor under 400 usd.

The only problem with this monitor is the brightness. There is another variant I have in mind. The VG27AQL1A. The price is the same too. The tech industry should use better naming schemes instead of random letters and numbers to confuse the customer.
