Budget (including currency): max. 1400€ (1510,66 USD)

Country: Austria

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: mostly competitive shooters (currently Apex and R6) but also Games like ARK, Witcher 3 and Total War Warhammer.

Other details : 
just need someone to tell me if I'm on the right path cause I get self conscious and overthink things when having to decide things on my own.

I would spend a bit more for a 750W just for some wiggle room

edit: I would return both drives and get a single 1tb NVMe instead

honestly looks fine to me not much to change up maybe get a better PSU like a 750W because you always want to go a bit above the recommended PSU for the GPU other than that looks good

Get a 1440p monitor, it'll only cost a little more and trhose games will run at a great framerate no problem with a 3060ti at 1440p.  27 inches is pushing it for 1080p, text is gonna look kinda shitty IMO.
