I fucked up

Go to solution Solved by FliP0x,

Clean it with Isopropanol to clean all the sticky liquid.

When the spillage happened, did you turn your PC off and unplugged it right away?

The liquid could have shorted a component if you're getting power, but the system won't turn on. To troubleshoot, remove all components (to clean them anyway) and try to turn the PC on with just the bare components (CPU and RAM). If that works, slowly add more components to the mix until it doesn't turn on anymore, then you'll know which component went.

90% alcohol is the way to go, check every nook and cranny and clean everything. Q-tips and microfiber cloths. It may have been better to clean it while was still fresh, but give it a whorl.

While you are cleaning it you will probably find corrosion. This will let you know what is ded.

Echoing with @mr fobsand @FliP0xsaid, 99% isopropyl alcohol to clean everything. If you're really lucky then that'll fix any short circuits that may have happened. If not you need to debug.

If it is turning on but not POSTing, check your MOBO manual for any debug codes that it may be giving you - on high-end MOBO's there might be an alpha-numeric LED somewhere, on lower end MOBO's it might just be blinkenlights that flash in a certain sequence.

If if isn't even getting to there then follow what @FliP0xsaid and run it bare, adding one component at a time.

Good luck!
