random window pop up

need help before i throw this pos away. every 30 seconds a window pops up and i cant seem to fix it i looked on the windows forms and could'nt find anyting helpful would be nice

"put as much effort in your question as you expect in your answers" - saw this in someones signature before and believe this applies in this situation

 

Without at least an effort to describe what it says or maybe even screenrecord or place your phone on video while it happens, not much we can help in diagnosing.

i fixed it i reached out to microsoft and they said do a clean install but the issue was is i did not have the tcm 2.0 enabled and i think the os needed it for something

but its fixed now thank you all for tryin to help
