HELP ME PLS

So i got this error after trubelshooting my pc C /Windows/System32/LogFiles/srt/SrtTrail.txt  and i dont know what it means..

i had to trubleshoot bc my taskbar is not responding after boot i have to restart windows explorer every time and my pc is acting really wierd like being slow, not beeing able to alt tab windows key not working etc..? i did scan for virses but only with windows defender but it didnt find any..

please help idk what to do..

 

i found some video on youtube but idk if i should do it or not ??

That's not an error, that's a log file. If you believe that your hardware is all working, the best thing is to reinstall Windows, or at the very least do an upgrade install to the same version.
