Wifi router for small cafe

Hi, I would love to upgrade my wifi at my cafe. Wifi router/modem from T-M is super shitty. All  I need is to connect sonos, dishwasher (yes, profesional dishwashers have wifi) my phone and some customers. Nothing hard bud i have no idea how to do it. Can you please recommend me router or AP? Thanks a lot!

Need more information:

1. How small is "small"?
2. Is this router/modem from T-Mobile accessing a 4G/LTE/cellular network for internet? What speeds are you paying for? And do you plan to upgrade speeds in the future.
3. What is the floor plan of the cafe and where are the devices located that need a good signal?
4. What is your budget?
5. Are you able to run ethernet cables to ceiling-mount an AP or do you need something that sits on a shelf?
6. Does it matter what the device looks like?
