MBPS is megabits per second. MB/S is mega bytes per second. 8 bits to 1 byte. So you're actually closer to 75 mbps download.

That first screenshot is broken, so I will have to make some assumptions about what it is. I'm assuming its a speed test, where its showing 64Mbps. 

 

There is a difference between Mbps and MB/s. A megabit (Mb) is 1/8th of a megabyte (MB). Speed tests and ISPs use megabits per second, while most downloads are measured in megabytes per second. 64Mbps is equal to 8MB/s, so that download figure looks about right.
