Blue Ridge Cable and Roku tv

So I'm just trying to be happy that it's opening day,  for baseball: NBC has blacked out the entire eastern half of PA as the "Philadelphia market" so I can't use my MLB.TV sub to watch the Phillies, so I hook up to the coax from Uni and the cable package has the channel according to the guide, but the broadcast signal # has absolutely no bearing on what the channel actually is. This is a routine problem. Anyone else have this problem?

 

Tv: TCL Roku 32S301

Cable: Blue Ridge Cable
