Hitman 3 Crashed, Now It Won't Launch

 Uninstalled the game, Epic launcher, deleted the cache file. Nothing has worked. Allowed it and the launcher passthrough for the Windows defender. I'm using

 

Windows 10 64bit Home.

i7 8700k

GTX 2080 Ti

Corsair HX 750w 

WD Black M.2 Sata storage

 

 

Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks.
