Problem with PC turning on

So i just built my first pc the other day and ran into an issue. I switch the psu on and only the motherboard rgb under the left side of the graphics card turns on. I go to push the power button on the case and nothing happens. Anyone have any ideas of how to fix it? 

 

Case : Corsair 4000x RGB

 

Motherboard : Tuf Gaming x570-plus (WIFI)

 

Graphics card : Geforce RTX 3070 Ti

 

Ram : Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB

 

PSU : Corsair RM1000X

 

Ryzen 7 3800x with the CPU Fan it came with

hate to be this guy but are your front panel connectors done right?

I tried both ways on them, following how the motherboard manual said so i think so, could be wrong.
