fps is horrible

Whenever I go into a game my pc gets constant fps drops. Its only a year old and it worked fine until a month ago. Most of the games I play are rust, siege, terraria, csgo and roblox once and awhile.

it was so bad i was getting 1 fps on csgo.anyone have tips on how to fix? thanks

My specs:

AMD Ryzen 3 3100 4-Core Processor

gtx 1650 4g

16gb ram 300mhz

500gb ssd

Maybe dust, dust bunnies and dry thermal paste causing high temperatures? (Cleaning and repasting might help.)

Maybe a full or faulty drive, messed up Windows, viruses, broken drivers ...

Um... I hope it is not really 300MHz and is 3,000MHz instead.
