I'm looking for a pasiv/simi passive, high quality (850w) powersupply to run 1x 3570k OC and 2x 7970 OC. Any iders??

I'm not sure if you could get a passive PSU running that gear. Although, if you get some that's a bit overkill and has a fan, the fan won't even kick in. I have a Corsair HX650M running my 3570k @4.5Ghz and an OC 7970, even in gaming after a couple hours the fans doesn't spin once.

 

So if you don't want sound, go a little overkill. Just make sure you research the PSU and don't get one that makes any other noises.
