The Lenovo G24-10, anyone using this model?

I am considering finally buying a G-SYNC compatible display, but I'm really only wanting a 1080P panel so that limits selection a bit. This monitor looks like it has good enough specs, 144hz max is more than enough for my use and the size will fit in/on my desk. I know nothing about Lenovo models in general, I have an old IBM LCD monitor that's still chugging along, but I realize a lot has gone on since Lenovo was IBM.

 

Any insight is appreciated.
