If really nothing else changed, then it might be coil whine. My worst enemy is narrow FOV in games. I've had headaches from that as my mind just refuses to accept tunneled vision on the display and everything being weirdly in your face. Using various hacks if games don't support FOV adjustment fixed that for me. Used to be a huge problem with garbage console ports in the past, these days even console ports get FOV control so that's probably not the issue. Also change of graphic card alone shouldn't affect that.

Yh tbh i think it is coil whine because if i cap fps on a game after even 3 minutes the headache starts to go away slowly although my previous card had worse coil whine as in sound but that probably doesn't mean anything but i think it's something to do with it producing 250+ watts so the problem might be heat as the gpu's cooler is very efficient and is just dumping the heat into my room faster than my previous card

Enable V-Sync or enable framerate limiting. Worst coil whine usually happens at stupid high framerates like 300fps.

Some games just can’t have a fov slider. For any competetive multiplayer game,  fov differences are unfair.

think about how many people would be getting 4:3d if you could have like a 160 degree fov in csgo

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

Ok. Get bias lighting (put a lamp behind the monitor to illuminate the wall), that will help a lot. And calibrate the monitors.

According to Microsoft, high refresh rate can trigger a migraine:

Try limiting the refresh rate to 60Hz but game with the FPS uncapped.

Low refresh on CRT-s could trigger attacks like migraine or epileptic. On LCD-s, the refresh shouldn't cause issues.
