Hello Guys.

I have a Benq ex2710s and i have a question about it.

The seller advertises the monitor as being full hd but I still have the 4k option on windows. 

Can i use the 4k instead of the 1080 resolution or it will probably damage the monitor?

it wont damage the monitor

it just refuse to accept it and you end up with a black screen that will go back to normal after 15 sec if you dont hit any button

the panel is 1080p

even if it accept the 4k signal

the picture will look like crap

don't worry

nothing bad is gonna happen

Yeah, you can do it, but it won't work. Won't harm anything, but won't work. 
It's possible that they include it as an option for something like moonlight so you can game on a 4k tv over streaming
