I can't load into games

I got a hp pavilion tg01 specs are r3 5300g 1660 super and 8gb of ram. It's was running great until 5 days ago I was playing valorant at high setting and it started crashing saying I don't have enough video memory so I put the game on medium worked for a day then I couldn't loading into a game even on lowest settings I couldn't get into game without crashing almost instantly nor the practice range then I couldn't even load into the menu or any thing I reinstalled the game nothing changed at this point. I tried sending a ticket they didn't respond yet. Then I installed totally accurate battel ground I couldn't get into a game or even the rangeI did the thing where u type cmd and run as administrator and scf or sfc /scannow thing and it got something and TAB like range was now working but I couldn't get into a game it just crashed. My pc is up to date my gpu drivers I updated didn't fix the issue I'm using directx 12. Idk what to do at this point the only thing I can think of is to wipe my drive. Also my Temps are not the problem when I was playing valorant at high setting I was mid 60s.
