Price check?

Im currently running a r3 1200 on a b350 mobo with 8gb of ram, but i saw this ads  local selling a r7 2700  with fan +  x470 board and 16gb of ram for 350$ (canadian) given the price of cpu these days doesnt that sound like a good deal?

I wouldn't buy a 2nd gen Ryzen setup.

Seems way too high IMO. I'm currently selling a 3900x with a B450 board for only $100ish more.

I mean why,  and also this setup has memory also in there, and im assuming ur selling for 450$ usd which is 200$more than 350$ cdn

No, it's Canadian. It's overpriced. 2nd gen Ryzen isn't that great, it has memory issues and the performance isn't that stellar compared to what you can get with newer chips.

I understand that, but a similar new setup using like a r5 5600x + mobo+memory will be 700$+ $

No, you don't seem to understand. It's not a good deal.

For $700 I could buy 32GB of RAM, a 5900, and a motherboard used. Easily. Probably a 1TB NVME drive as well.

That's what I've sold 5900s for. Used motherboards don't hold value. RAM isn't expensive new, so it's even cheaper used.

I get these parts even cheaper. So yes, you can get deals like that if you look.
