Sapphire Pulse RX 6700 XT 12 GB, TRIXX fan test shows the wrong number of fans and fails the test

Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 6700 XT 12 GB

CPU: RYZEN 7 3700X 8 CORE 16 THREADS

Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 AORUS PRO (AM4)

BIOS Version: F14e

RAM: 32.0GB Dual-Channel

Operating System & Version: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit 21H2 (19044.1586)

GPU Drivers: 30.0.14029.5006

Chipset Drivers: AMD B550 CHIPSET DRIVERS VERSION 3.10.22.706

Background Applications: A lot

Description of Original Problem: At the dashboard it show the right card but the fan test shows the wrong number of fans and tests for 3 fans and fails (notice the 0 RPM, goes all through the test saying 0 RPM while the card's fans are loudly going over 3000 RPM in Radeon Software): one, two, three and fail.

Under msi after burner or Radeon Software, the fans seems to work great and they show their right speed and temperatures are good.

So I don't know if it's a Trixx bug or my card has something wrong with it and I should return it.

Troubleshooting: Seems like a Trixx bug but I am not 100% certain and don't know what I can really do about it, should I return it?

Trixx probably recognizes the card as having 3 fans like the Nitro version cards. It's not the cards fault.

That's what  thought too, what bugged me though is it's showing the right picture of the card with 2 fans and also shows the right specs.

But the temps are great (32 C at the lowest and 70 C at the most) and the fans work, can see the RPM in  the Radeon Software (when i run the test they go up to over 3000 RPM while Trixx says 0 RPM).

Trixx is bugged. I have a Pulse 5700XT. There's no need to use it, not really helpful with anything.

But MSI Afterburner, that's a fine tool.

That's what I am learning to use. Thanks. Not returning it. Love this card.
